Exchange Policy


At Berry & Boo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges are accepted only for size or style issues.
• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Process
• To request an exchange, contact us at info@berryandboo.in with your order ID and reason for exchange.
• Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared.
• After we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed.

Exchange Availability
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Shipping for Exchanges
• Exchange shipping charges may be applicable and will be communicated at the time of request.
• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, exchange shipping will be handled by Berry & Boo.

Non-Exchangeable Items
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange, unless damaged or defective.
• Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items (if any) are not eligible for exchange.
